We provide AI-powered background removal for images. You upload images. Our system processes them. You download the results. The service includes web-based processing, bulk tools, and API access depending on your plan.
You need an account for paid plans and API access. Free users can process a limited number of images without registration. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for the activity under your account. Don't share accounts. Each user needs their own login for paid plans.

You keep full ownership of the images you upload. We don't claim rights to your content. We process images to remove backgrounds. Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We don't store images permanently. We don't use your images to train our AI models. We don't share your files with third parties. Image processing happens on secure servers. Transmission uses encryption.
Downloaded images are yours to use commercially or personally. Use them in products, listings, marketing, publications, or any legal purpose. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the original images you upload.
We aim for high uptime, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We're not liable for losses from service interruptions. Download and back up results promptly.
Free plans have monthly image limits. Paid plans have higher limits based on tier. Exceeding limits may pause processing until the next billing cycle or require plan upgrades. We may enforce rate limits to prevent system abuse.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by country or currency.
Paid plans are billed regularly, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at signup. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe. All charges are processed in USD unless a different currency is shown at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or applicable local taxes charged by your bank or card issuer.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. You will be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method regularly until you cancel.
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 14 days before a price change takes effect, via email to the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Prices shown may or may not include taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) depending on your location. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete payment. You are responsible for all taxes arising from your purchase.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge automatically (typically 3 attempts over 7 days). If the issue is not resolved, your access may be downgraded to the free tier or suspended. We will notify you by email when a payment fails. You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings to restore access.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us immediately at support@bgremover.org before filing a chargeback. We will investigate and promptly resolve legitimate billing errors. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, unless required by law.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction). Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we determine the service has been abused or these terms have been violated.
Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us at support@bgremover.org. We respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and can resolve most issues without involving your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review.
API access requires a paid plan. You receive an API key for authentication. Keep API keys confidential. Rotate keys if compromised. API rate limits vary by plan. Excessive requests may be throttled or blocked. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent limits, or misuse the API.
Our AI achieves high accuracy on most images. Results depend on image quality, subject complexity, and background contrast. We don't guarantee perfect results for every image. Complex scenarios may require manual adjustment. Preview results before finalizing. We're not responsible for how you use processed images.
We provide the service as-is. We don't warrant that results will meet your specific requirements or that processing will be error-free. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
Our software, AI models, interface, and documentation are our property. These terms don't grant you rights beyond using the service. Don't copy, modify, or distribute our technology. Don't create competing services using our tools.
We collect usage data to improve the service. This includes processing times, error rates, and feature usage. No personally identifiable image content is retained. We use standard analytics to understand how people use the tool.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes, including changes to payment terms or pricing, will be announced via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
You can delete your account at any time. Contact support or use account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You'll receive notice unless termination is for legal or security reasons.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not courts. Contact us first to resolve issues. Most problems can be fixed through direct communication.
Copyright Compliance: If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, contact us with details. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.
Export Control: Don't use the service in embargoed countries or violate export restrictions.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
