Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a reliable and high-quality background removal experience. To ensure transparency, please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan.

Refund Window

We offer refunds within 30 days of the original payment date, subject to the conditions below. After 30 days, bgremover.org will not be responsible for any refund or dispute, regardless of usage.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases:

  • Service used after the refund request. If the service has been used after a refund request has been initiated.
  • Terms violation. If the account or service was used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Subscription canceled mid-cycle. If a subscription is canceled after the billing cycle has already started. In such cases, access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refund is issued.
  • Special offers and discounted plans. No refunds apply to purchases made at a promotional, discounted, or special offer price.
  • Non-renewable plans. One-time or non-renewable plans are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days. We cannot process refund requests or disputes submitted beyond the 30-day window from the payment date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@bgremover.org with the subject line: Refund Request

Include the email address on your account, your plan name, and the date of charge.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment Methods

Payments must be completed using a valid credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, stored securely on file with your account. We do not accept cash, checks, or electronic bank transfers. It is your responsibility to keep your payment and contact information up to date via your account's billing settings.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you wish to dispute a charge, you must notify us in writing at support@bgremover.org before contacting your bank or card provider. By doing so, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank during the initial 30-day period so that we can resolve the matter directly.

⚠ Chargebacks filed without prior written notice to us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants broader entitlements, those rights prevail.
