We offer refunds within 30 days of the original payment date, subject to the conditions below. After 30 days, bgremover.org will not be responsible for any refund or dispute, regardless of usage.
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payments must be completed using a valid credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, stored securely on file with your account. We do not accept cash, checks, or electronic bank transfers. It is your responsibility to keep your payment and contact information up to date via your account's billing settings.
If you wish to dispute a charge, you must notify us in writing at support@bgremover.org before contacting your bank or card provider. By doing so, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank during the initial 30-day period so that we can resolve the matter directly.
⚠ Chargebacks filed without prior written notice to us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review.
To cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants broader entitlements, those rights prevail.
